Terms of service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

The service

Semaji is operated by Semaji, United Arab Emirates ("we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses it.

Semaji lets a business connect its messaging channels, answer customers with an AI assistant based on information the business provides, and hand conversations to its team.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep the information the assistant uses accurate: prices, stock, policies. The assistant answers from what you give it.
  • Follow the rules of each platform you connect, including Meta's WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram policies, TikTok's and Telegram's terms. On WhatsApp, the assistant may only be used for customer care about your own business.
  • Only message customers who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and respect opt-outs.
  • Platform fees (such as WhatsApp message charges) are billed by the platform to you.

AI replies

AI replies can be wrong. You can review every conversation, switch the assistant off, and take over at any time. You remain responsible for what is said to your customers.

Plans and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown on our pricing section, in US dollars; taxes are added where they apply. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from Billing. Usage beyond your plan's limits is paused until the next month, or you can buy extra AI conversations. See our refund policy.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or platform rules.
